Growing up in the South Bay, Jason played competitive club soccer and tennis until he suffered a meniscus tear in the 8th grade. Always most passionate about basketball, he turned the page post-knee recovery and focused primarily on basketball entering high school and on. After graduating from Chadwick School in 2022, he went on to coach boys basketball and Strength and Conditioning at his alma mater. In addition, he has worked with and trained clients at BDA Sports Management.

Jason’s life was dominated by back injuries and it wasn’t until later in life that he discovered a rare spinal deformity that was the root cause of numerous herniated discs, fractured vertebrae, and a host of neurological and musculoskeletal inhibitions. He dove deep into his own training and self-studied NeuroKinetic therapy, spinal decompression, myofascial release, breathwork, craniosacral therapy, CFR (cranial facial release) and more to conquer his deformity and live pain-free.

Jason is on a path to merge his passion in basketball with his own experience with spinal issues and chronic pain to train any and all people. Jason's clientelle range from those disadvantaged in health and looking for unique recovery when all else has failed, athletes looking to take their game to the college or professional levels via functional movement, or those just looking to regain health, lose weight, and gain strength to live and feel their absolute best.
