What makes BPLA different?

At The Blueprint LA we know that our members have many choices of local facilities to choose from. We also know that our motto “You Don’t Train Like We Train” is true 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We’re doing things differently here at BPLA not because it’s easier but we know that doing things the way we do them is better for our members’ minds, bodies, and spirits. 


So what makes BPLA different?

  • BPLA is focused on the mind, body, and spirit. We know that health and wellness are not simply physical and we keep that at the forefront of our minds.
  • Here at BPLA, we know that our members can get a workout anywhere which is why we believe in programming for long term success. Our coaches program our Blue Strength, Blue Fit, and Blue Rip classes quarterly- the more systematic the programming, the more success our members have.
  • At BPLA we know that motivation can wane. Our members know that on the days that are tougher to get into the gym all they have to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest: programming, playlists, accountability...when the internal motivation isn’t there, leave it to BPLA to be your external motivator. 
  • When you come through the BPLA facility you’ll hear us talking about community, culture, and connection. Here at BPLA we are firm believers in the saying, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” We know that when people are a part of a community, embedded in the culture, and feeling daily connections that’s when they’ll go the furthest.
